Job Description:

• This position is in the Technical Department working with the Operating Departments
• Assist in reliability and process improvement and direction setting to help the department achieve their short-term and long-term goal
• Create process improvement opportunities on cost, quality, environment and safety.
• Oversee reliability improvement opportunities within the department.
• Provide coaching on technical issues to manufacturing operations and process owners.
• Conduct and document mill trials and studies.
• Provide technical support to operators for process troubleshooting problems and resolve process or environmental issues.
• Leading the identification, prioritization, and resolution of process issues
